1. What days and times are available?
We make it convenient for you, with weekday and weekend times available. Our Junk Crew will call to let you know that they will arrive within 15 minutes during your scheduled appointment time, so you’ll never be left waiting. 2. Do I need to be at the property when you arrive?
It’s helpful for you to be there, but not required. The Junk Crew will give you an estimate over the phone and will call to confirm any changes before the loading begins. Our Junk Crew can accept credit cards over the phone as well.
3. Why can’t you remove liquids?
The Junk Crew is not licensed to remove hazardous materials. We cannot remove paint, oil, gasoline, any chemicals, or drums. For help recycling these materials, please contact your local recycling station.
4. What do you do with the junk?
It depends on the kind of junk that you have. Some items will be recycled or donated, while others are taken to the local landfill.
5. Why can’t I get an exact price before you arrive?
Pricing is based on overall volume and the type of material to be removed. We can’t give you an exact price until we can see your junk. For your convenience, you can email or upload a picture of your junk to us and we can provide pricing. All prices are considered estimates until the Junk Crew can verify pricing on arrival.
6. How big is your truck?
The Junk Crew owns several types of trucks, depending on the type and quantity of junk to be removed. Our box-truck can hold 20 cubic yards.
7. Do I have to pack up my junk first? Does it have to be on the curb?
The Junk Crew does all of the work, so you won’t have to do any packing or lifting. We will take away your junk from wherever it sits on your property.
8. What do you mean by a “clean-up” after my junk is loaded?
The Junk Crew will leave the removal site “broom-clean,” meaning we will sweep up any dirt and remove any large debris after your junk has been loaded.
9. Do you have dumpsters?
With the Junk Crew, a team will arrive at your home and clean up all of the junk. When renting a dumpster, you’ll do all of the work while the dumpster sits on your property.
